How much is personal training at Iron Pulse Gym?

Category C (Personal Training) is Rs. 10,000 / month + Rs. 5,000 one-time admission. Includes a dedicated trainer, custom workout plan, diet plan, and monthly body composition tracking.

How fast will I see results?

On any coach-led plan you'll see visible, measurable changes in 8–12 weeks if you follow the program and diet.

Can I do personal training as a beginner?

Yes — beginners benefit the most. Our coaches teach you proper form first, then progress the load and complexity safely.

Will I get a diet plan with my training?

Yes. A diet plan and nutrition counseling is included with Category C and D memberships.

Are there ladies-only personal training slots?

Yes. We have a dedicated ladies-only window from 11 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Saturday.
