Is there an admission fee?

Yes — a one-time admission fee of Rs. 5,000 applies on all categories (A, B, C, D). After that, you pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose.

What about cardio equipment?

An additional Rs. 3,000 is charged for cardio equipment usage — once at admission, and each month thereafter.

Do you offer couple packages?

What's the difference between C (Personal) and D (Target) Training?

Category C includes personal training, diet plan and monthly body composition tracking. Category D adds weekly progress assessments — for members targeting a specific physique or performance outcome.

How long until I see results?

Visible results are guaranteed in 8–12 weeks on any coach-led plan (B, C, D) when you follow the program and diet.

What are the timings?

Monday to Saturday: Ladies-only 1 PM – 5 PM, then Ladies & Gents 5 PM – 12 midnight. Closed Sundays.
